The reality is that you can raise your wage to a large degree by working smarter, not harder. Keep in mind we take payment at the door so that local customer service skill will make a huge difference. You won’t know until you get to the door. There’s no safety net of an hourly wage while you’re learning and no training program for you to study—you have no choice but to learn by doing.
As you learn your market, You’ll become skilled enough to be a great asset to the team. And guess what? It will not happen in a day and we are ok with how long that takes, however if you can not commit to at least one month then you will never realize your full potential.
